The NC Museum of Natural Sciences is the largest institution of its kind in the Southeast and one of the nation’s most amazing museums concerning the natural world. The museum is a high-performing nexus of research, collections — including living collections, exhibitions and digital media, school and lifelong education, community engagement, and a regional network — each fueled by great expertise and a diversifying portfolio of public, earned and contributed funds. Our services included:

  • Communication strategy for fundraising and membership building.
  • Print collateral design including: direct mail, brochures, corporate communications, and sustainability reports.
  • Social media planning, design and development.
  • Strategic naming and tagline development.
  • Identity design and brand standards systems design.
  • Website and interactive media design and programming.
  • Strategic advertising and planning.

Key Milestones:

  • Briefing meeting to detail scope of work – establish project schedules.
  • Initial creative concepts, design and layout of form and key features
  • Present layouts – feedback – up to three rounds of modifications
  • Client approval to begin developing all elements
  • Comprehensive layouts - tweaked and finalized – reviewed and signed off
  • Production specification, coordination, supervision to final product delivery.
